We store account identity information, your name, service address, connection requests and support messages. Account signup requests are recorded when an account is created. Apple and Google provide the identity information you approve during sign-in.
We use your details to manage registration, review connection requests, display your saved address and answer support questions. Registration does not activate internet or authorize payment. Notification emails to the owner are not yet enabled.
Mark Nova Link uses a secure cloud provider for account sign-in and storage. Customers can access their own account details and saved private support conversation. Authorized staff can review requests and support messages. Sign-in providers process information under their own privacy policies.
Messages you send to Mark Nova Link AI support, together with recent conversation messages, are processed by an AI provider to generate replies. Replies are stored with your support conversation and may be reviewed by staff. AI answers can be incorrect and do not verify coverage or activate service. Do not share passwords, card details or sensitive personal information.
Atlas is a separate service linked from the footer. Opening it connects your browser to atlasnow.technology. Anything you type or share there is handled by Atlas under its own policies. We do not automatically send your Mark Nova Link account or address to Atlas.
When you open the home page, your browser may ask to share your location. If you allow it, we use it only to suggest your service address on the page; we do not store your location. You can decline and type your address instead.
Browser storage keeps your sign-in session and temporarily carries the address you enter into the registration process. Your saved account address is stored securely in our cloud database.
We keep customer data for 90 days. After that period, account, request and support information is deleted unless a longer retention is required by law.
You can edit your address in your account and send access, correction or deletion requests through support or by emailing properties.northstar@gmail.com. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.
International processing disclosures and jurisdiction-specific rights may require legal review. This policy will be updated before network usage collection begins.
